my son and the power cord

cohen started messing with a power cord at a wall outlet, trying to pull it out. i told him no. he kept it up. i said no again. he smiled and kept messing with it. i smacked his hand. he laughed, and kept at it. i picked him up. i put him in time out for 10 seconds (about as long as can be expected). once time out is done, he starts slowly walking towards the outlet. looking over his shoulder every few steps, being all sly and sneaky. he walks up to, and stands next to the outlet for a few seconds. he looks at mandy, he looks at me. cohen says “oops” and then grabs the power cord. et cetera.
